BB-12014H Hydraulic Box and Pan Brake

 The BB-12014H hydraulic sheet metal brake is
a semi-automatic programmable machine, capable of high
production. This is a very rigidly designed and manufactured
machine that consists of a thick electro welded frame that
is further strengthened by large truss rods on the upper
beam and leaf arm.
This hydraulic sheet metal brake uses
industrial grade hydraulics to easily bend up to its
capacity of 14 GA mild steel and 18 GA stainless steel.
Operation of the machine is very simple and straight
forward. To create a bend angel, simply dial in the desired
degree including spring back, load the machine, then begin
the cycle by stepping on the foot pedal controls. The
machine will clamp the material, and the leaf will lift to
the desired angle and return, then the upper beam unclamps
the material ready for the next bend.
This is truly a production bender for small
to large fabrication shops. Like all other Baileigh
