 HB-9612 Hydraulic Box and Pan Brake
The BB-9612H hydraulic box and pan brake is a powerful
machine capable of bending up to 12 gauge sheet metal at a
width up to 8 wide. This machine has 6-3, 4-4, 10-5 and
2-6 6fingers that allows any fabricator to adjust for
different size boxes and pans they wish to fabricate. This
machine is rigidly built with an electro welded beam and
leaf and further stabilized with truss rod support
minimizing any deflection when bending at full capacity.
The BB-9612H hydraulic box and pan brake uses powerful
industrial grade hydraulics to lift the leaf and can be run
in a manual or semi-automatic mode via toggle or the foot
pedal controls. The beam is also lifted and clamped
hydraulically. This machine has a programmable bend
adjustment making this a very production oriented hydraulic
sheet metal brake. To get closer between bends the apron can
be detached.
