Baileigh's BS-300SA horizontal
band saw utilizes a sturdy cast iron bow, pivot assembly,
and vise to ensure straight cuts through ferrous or
non-ferrous metals. The cutting arms are made from cast iron
as well and hold hardened roller bearings and Tungston
carbide guides to further ensure straight cuts time and time
again. This band saw has a user friendly operator control
panel that includes important controls such as down feed
cutting pressure.
This bandsaws cutting bow accepts a 1"
saw blade for very straight cuts and has a tension control
devise so the operator can view and adjust accordingly,
increasing the life of the blades and bearings. The powerful
coolant pump and brass wire wheel work to cool down the saw
blade teeth and clean the blade for it's next cut.
Being a semi-automatic bandsaw
the machine uses hydraulics to clamp the material in the
vise, and feed through the material, and returns the head
after the cut. This band saw is the perfect for small to
medium sized fabricators and machine shops. |
