HB-12016 Hand Brake

 The HB-12016 hand brake for sheet metal can
bend 16 gauge mild steel across its ample 10’ width. There
is a beam adjustment on each side of the machine to make
adjustments for different materials and thicknesses.
The machine is made of a solid electro
welded frame that is further supported by a truss rod system
ensuring the least amount of deformation possible when
bending at the capacity. Like all Baileigh Industrial sheet
metal equipment, this hand brake has been designed and
constructed to the very high standards.
This hand brake has a locking stop rod
system with angle display that allows for repeatable bends
when required, up to 135 degrees. The bottom bending leaf is
assisted by heavy counterweights that can be adjusted for
varying materials and thicknesses. This is the perfect size
sheet metal brake for any HVAC shop that requires quality
bends. |
