HB-9612 Hand Brake
The HB-9612 sheet metal brake has 96 inches
of useful bending width to accommodate most sheet metal
applications in an HVAC shop may have. This machine can bend
at full capacity with almost no deflection across the beam.
This leaf brake is rigidly built and weighs in at an
impressive 2640 lbs. The apron and beam is constructed of
electro welded steel and is further supported by thick truss
rods to minimize any twisting or deflection.
The HB-9612 sheet metal brake uses two heavy
counter weights to assist the operator throughout the bend
process. These counter weights can be adjusted for different
materials and gauges. There is an adjustable stop rod that
allows for repeatable bends.
This leaf brake has a very sturdy frame that
can be bolted to the shop floor. The beam on this sheet
metal brake can be adjusted as necessary to accommodate
various metals and thicknesses. Like all Baileigh Industrial
machines, it has been constructed to very high quality
