Baileigh LF-20 Pittsburgh Machine

BAILEIGH Pittsburgh Machine

The Baileigh Pittsburgh machine is great for making Pittsburgh joints on sheet metal. These machines are typically used for HVAC duct work to make custom ducting. The picture above shows the Baileigh lock forming machine with the optional flange attachment.

The flange attachment is useful for creating a flange for easier fitting of the Pittsburgh joints. There are optional rollers available for this machine to create other types of joints. Give us a call today this machine is in stock and ready to ship.

Main Features:
  • 20-26 gauge
  • Uses approximately 1" of material
  • 5/16" - 3/8" pocket depth
  • All steel forming head, hardened with ground shafts
  • Steel forming rolls are case hardened using matching cut gears and needle bearings throughout
  • Optional rolls: double seam, drive cleat, flange attachment, and right angle
  • 220V, single-phase
  • Weight is 700 lbs
