PR-413 Plate Roll
The PR-413 is the perfect plate roll for rolling
sheet metal at up to 4’ wide with a thickness of 13 gauge mild
steel or 17 gauge stainless steel. This is a single pinch, 3
roll machine, that has a very rigid cast iron frame coupled to
induction hardened rolls. This type of rigidity reduces
deformation of the rolls when rolling at capacity of the
machine.
This plate roll comes with an operator control
panel that has foot pedal controls for forward and reverse as
well as a digital display that shows the positioning of the back
roll. The back roll is motorized and controlled by an up and
down buttons on the operator control panel.
The PR-413 plate roller has a trip wire E-Stop
around the rolling area. There also is a E-Stop button on the
control panel for additional safety. Like all Baileigh sheet
metal forming equipment, this one has been built to offer years
of profitable production in any fabrication shop. |
