| The SH-5203 hydraulic
plate shear has a massive electro welded frame and upper
carriage that allows this 52” machine to cut 1/4” mild steel
smoothly. The hefty upper blade carriage has hardened bearings
on three axis that run in hardened polished and ground tracks,
making it a very smooth running machine that extends blade life.
This hydraulic plate shear has a heavy infeed table with roller
bearings to assist feeding the next piece of material to be cut.
The blades have multiple cutting edges that extends blade life.
There is an adjustable blade gap lever that can be changed in
seconds when changing thicknesses. Independent hydraulic hold
downs firmly hold the metal as it is being cut eliminating
lifting and increasing the life of the machine and blade. |
The well laid out
control panel has an adjustment for changing the blade rake that
eliminates curl and twist in the cut. This hydraulic plate shear
can be run in the jog mode, single cycle mode, or continuous
