| This hydraulic shears
capable of cutting 11/64” mild steel across its useful width of
52”. A heavy electro welded frame made of thick plate steel
coupled with a 3 axis bearing to hardened ground track system
allows this machine to cut at capacity smoothly. Like all
Baileigh heavy duty hydraulic shears, the blades have multiple
edges for longer life. The infeed table has roller bearings to
assist with heavier pieces of sheet metal. There is a blade gap
adjustment that changes the gap in seconds for varying
thicknesses. The blade rake can be changed in seconds to
eliminate or reduce curling or twisting to the material being
cut. |
This hydraulic shears
operation can be controlled by a well layed out operator panel
with foot pedals controls. This plate shear can be run in the
jog, single cycle, or continous cycle mode. There is a manual
back gauge with numerical scale.
