| The SH-8010-HD
hydraulic Sheet Metal Shear is capable of cutting a piece of 10
gauge mild steel that is 80" wide using powerful industrial
grade hydraulics. Thirteen powerful hold downs clamp the
material securely so there is no lift when the cut is being
made, ensuring long blade life. Front support rails are scaled
and the back end of the machine has a manual back gauge. Like
all other Baileigh sheet metal shears this machine is built of
heavy steel plate that is electro welded together and offers the
fabricator years of productive service. The shearing blades have
multiple cutting edges allowing for longer blade life. The rigid
cutting heads movements are trapped between 3 axis bearings that
run in a polished and ground hardened track offering the
smoothest running hydraulic sheet metal shear on the market |
The blade rake can be
adjusted on the fly that eliminates curling and twisting when
cutting. This sheet metal shear can be operated in the jog,
single cycle, or continuous cycle mode when the foot pedal is
pressed. This is the perfect machine for any fabrication shop. |
