Removes
oil from water-based detergent solutions. Efficient,
economical, no moving parts.
The Graymills Oil
Separator is designed for the separation and removal of
emulsified and free oil from water-based solutions. For
parts cleaning applications, the oil separator is easily
connected to Graymills Turbo-Action and Liftkleen® parts
cleaners, as well as other manufacturers’ immersion-type hot
tanks. It may also be used for tramp oil separation in
machine tool coolant systems using water-based synthetic and
semi-synthetic coolant. It will extend the life of the
semi-synthetic coolant and prevent rancidity from anaerobic
bacteria growth. The Graymills Oil Separator is unique
because it works continuously while the parts cleaner is in
operation.Conventional oil skimmers require shut-down for
oil removal. the use of the separator improves parts cleaner
efficiency and extends the life of the detergent solution
making this a cost-effective addition to your cleaning
operation. Available in mild steel (OSEP-5) or stainless
steel (OSEP-5S).
