The Turbo-Boost
Filtration System enhances Liftkleen® performance four ways
when included in the aqueous or solvent cleaning process.
Features

Continuous filtration more effectively
keeps contaminants from already clean parts while the
four-to-one increased turbo agitation speeds the
cleaning cycle

Sludge buildup in the tank bottom is
eliminated and the life of the cleaning solution is
greatly extended.

With the Turbo-Boost Filtration System
connected to T or L Series Liftkleens, the centrifugal
pump draws dirty fluid through a strainer basket where
large particulate is retained

Remaining contaminant is collected in a
replaceable, disposable micron rated filter bag
-
Clean, dual-filtered solution is pumped
back to the Liftkleen through the turbo-boost eductor
nozzles to ensure a consistent level of parts
cleanliness

Entire fluid volume is continuously
filtered approximately every two minutes

Automatic beacon signals the need for
easy filter change, eliminating the duty of constant
monitoring.

Stainless steel canisters, black
plumbing and stainless steel baskets ensure long life of
the Turbo-Boost in rigorous conditions.

- Venturi design boost fluid velocity through the
eductor nozzle four times.
- The resulting increase in agitation shortens
cleaning cycles and continuously sweeps sediment and particulate from
the tank bottom, effectively reducing operating costs.
