Biomatic® Drum Mount Parts Cleaner

Bioremediation is the naturally powerful solution to dramatically reduce waste disposal costs. Waste minimization in parts cleaning has become a necessity. Reducing both solid and liquid waste is cost effective, and also minimizes cumbersome regulatory compliance and reporting. Graymills has developed the Biomatic line of Bioremediation parts cleaners to meet the demands of manufacturing and repair facilities.

Features

• The Graymills BIO436 uses the natural technology of Bioremediation to reduce solid waste and virtually eliminate liquid waste.

• Only Biotene® or Super Biotene® solution should be used with this unit

• During the parts cleaning process, microbes, which are stored in the replaceable BioFilter, are released into the solution

• These safe, hydrocarbon-converting microbes actually cleanse the liquid of organic impurities

• Combined with the filtration system which re-moves particulates, the BIO436 is a closed loop system requiring minimal disposal

• It is recommended that the user check the first time with federal, state and local authorities for any special regulatory considerations.

• Biotene® or Super Biotene® solution is pumped through the filtration system to the stay-put nozzle, Flow-Thru brush or both devices

• The unit’s filtration system strains out large contaminants and non-organic solids while the microbes remove the organic impurities in the solution by converting them into carbon dioxide and water

• These bi-products are then removed from the system by evaporation

• The used filter can be placed in a plastic bag and discarded with normal trash.

• * Periodic topping off of the solution and replacing the BioFilter maintains an optimum system

• This heated parts cleaning system is designed for simplicity and easy maintenance.

• The BIO436 is mounted on a stable base that supports a 300 pound parts load in its 36" x 22" x 9" deep tank.

• This thermoplastic unit is warranted for 5 years against cracking and splitting under normal use.

Triple  Filtration

• The BioFilter includes a 100 micron polyester replaceable cartridge that holds the microbes.

• Contaminants are also trapped by a 590 micron filter basket in the sink drain.

• Additionally, the pump is protected by its own screen, further ensuring reliable operation.

• The active microbes in the system continuously clean the solution and components of organic compounds.

• When the BioFilter is filled with debris (approximately every 30 days), it can be simply disposed of by placing it in a plastic bag and tossed out with normal non-toxic waste.*

Bioremediation

• The microbes used in these Biomatic Parts Cleaning Systems are stored in the system BioFilter and released into a nutrient solution to activate the bioremediation process.

Flow Controls

• Select the Flow-Thru brush or stay-put nozzle.

• The noncorrosive submersible pump with automatic timer delivers 300GPH of heated fluid to either or both tools.

• The solution is maintained at optimal cleaning temperature of 105°F with a factory pre-set thermostat.

Safety features

• Low level fluid control shuts down pump and heater to avoid damage to pump and heater coil

• Equipped with ground fault circuit interrupter

• Factory Mutual approved safety link for automatic lid closure in case of fire.
