• No Pins to move or re-engaging to reach 206 degrees; this is accomplished by the anti-reverse stop latch.

• Bends pull out in seconds (no disassemble required).

• Model 100 tubing bender capacity is up to 1" Schedule 40 Pipe, 1" square tubing, 1-1/2" Chromolly (up to .083 wall), up to 1-3/4" tube (.095 wall mild steel).

• Maximum bend radius is 7" (depending on wall thickness, and material).

• Quick release counter die.

• Highly visible degree dial improves accuracy.

• Solid steel construction for durability.

• Die sets are interchangeable with all RMD tubing bender machines

• All die sets are color coded for easy identification (green for pipe, blue for tube, and gray for square).
