Model BIL-360AB-2S Cold Saw
Functions:
- The BII-360AB-2S requires a HSS cold saw blade from 10 to 14-1/2 inches.
The standard blade used in this machine is a 14 inch blade. The larger blade
lasts longer between resharpening and cuts a lot faster than standard 12
inch automatic machines.
- Two stoppers, the first and second workpieces are outfed seperatley.
Head and end pieces are outfed at the rear side.
- The drive system is gear driven in a bath of oil for long life and no
chatter.
- The adjustable feed magazine allows for material variation, and is fully
automatic.
- Service Requirements are: 220V, 60 Hertz, Three Phase
- This automatic CNC cold saw is powered by a large 4 hp motor; 2 hp motor
for hydraulic pump, and 1/8 hp for coolant pump motor.
- This is a column type cold saw for rigidity. The cutting head is fixed
at 90 degrees.
- Ships standard with the automatic cnc cold saw operator interface
control with touch screen display to provide user friendly experience and
fast change-overs.
- The operator interface is extremely easy to use for such an advanced
production cold saw..
