The BS-20M 13" x 18" single
miter Manual Band Saw has a 13'6" L x 1" x .032" thick
blade. The BS-20M has extremely heavy-duty cast iron guide
arms and wheels. This saw has a great working height of 31"
and has a pre-loading and post cutting table that holds the
infeed bar and the cut piece, allowing for straighter cuts
and longer blade life.
- The BS-20M band saw uses a 1" band saw blade, making
it an extremely accurate and fast cutting saw. Blades
for this model can be sourced at your local industrial
distributor. We recommend using good quality blades
manufactured by Lenox®, Starrett®, or Wikus®.
- The heavy cast iron saw head provides rigidity and
swivels 0-60 degrees.
- Direct gear drive helps extend saw blade life, and
allows saw head to make more accurate cuts and cut
faster.
- Hydraulic descent feed or pressure can be adjusted
by operator. This is important when cutting different
size and different types of material.
- Powerful coolant pump cools blade and assists chip
removal system. We recommend a petroleum based or
synthetic based coolant that should be mixed 1:10
(coolant to water). These coolants can be sourced at
your local industrial distributor.
- A broken blade tension devise shuts down the machine
incase a blade breaks.
- This is the perfect machine for cutting solids
(round, square, or rectangles), tubing, angle iron and
much more in angles up to 60 degrees. Perfect for the
small to medium fabricator or job shop who needs to cut
mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, chromoly, brass,

| The BS-20M is a
Band Saw capable of cutting 13" OD and is the perfect saw
for cutting at 90 degrees or miter angles. This saw can cut
up to 13" x 18" material, meaning you get more value for
your investment than with any other saw on the market. Quick
releases allow the operator to change the miter angle in
seconds. This band saw has four operating speeds, a miter
head, and a hydraulic controlled descent devise for perfect
feeds and longer blade life. Our band saws are constructed
of a heavy cast iron saw head and base and the blades are
guided via a tight tolerance hardened roller bearings and
accompanied by tungsten wear guides. Each band saw has a
powerful coolant system and a broken blade tensioning devise
that shuts down the machine if the blade breaks. Of course
guard doors are interlocked, so if someone opens a guard
while the machine is running it will shut down the saw. |
The BS-20 series
band saw has a hydraulic descent for larger production runs
that increases blade life and reduces operator fatigue. It
has a hydraulic descent control device for the down feed,
that is reset when the head is manually lifted. This metal
bandsaw series can cut up to 13" OD capacities. This series
of band saw requires 220V, Three Phase, 60 Hertz. The BS-20
horizontal bandsaw has a miter saw head that can swivel up
up to 60 degrees. This series of horizontal band saw comes
standard with a four drive speeds drive allowing the
operator to fine tune the blade speed for the material they
are cutting. The BS-20 metal cutting saw series requires a
1" wide saw blade by .032" wall thickness, making this
series a very precise miter saw. These band saws offer more
cutting capacity in a variable speed miter saw than any
other saw on the market, for the investment. It is
