Baileigh HB-4816 Hand Brake
The HB-4816 Hand Brake has a maximum bend capacity of 16 gauge
mild steel bending a 48" piece of sheet metal. This straight metal brake is
great for small width applications (48" or smaller) and will offer decades of
operation. It is made of all steel and electro-weld construction using heavy
duty truss rods and braces for long life and less deflection across the apron
when bending at maximum capacity. To ease with lifting the bottom leaf of this
qualtiy hand brake, we have employed a counter weight to take some of the effort
off the operator when bending close to capacity. The HP-4816 comes standard with
a rugged floor stand allowing for easier operation over a bench mount unit. An
apron stop is standard on this model for repeatable bends which increases
productivity and improved accuracy. The bending rails are hardened for years of
quality operation and operator satisfaction
