Baileigh PR -510 Powered Plate Roll

Baileigh's sheet metal equipment includes this small, yet very strong plate roll with a bending capacity of 10 gauge mild steel at its full useful width of 5'. The PR-510 sheet metal forming plate roller has 4-3/4" OD rolls that are induction hardened and includes four standard wire grooves. The hardened rolls and a very rigid frame constructed from heavy spheroid cast iron, together eliminate deflection of the rolls throughout the useful width of the plate roll, even at maximum thickness capacity.
 

Baileigh's sheet metal machinery provides simple designs and rugged construction of the PR-510 metal rolling machine that will offer decades of service. This plate roll is considered a single pinch machine, noting that back roll positioning is motorized. For repeatable bends the back roll position is displayed on an LED display located on the remote operator control console. This 10ga plate roll bending machine can bend mild steel and aluminum easily, and stainless steel up to 14 gauge thick. For safety there is an emergency stop button located in the remote operator control station, and an E-Stop perimeter wire surrounds the working areas of the machine. This plate roll bender requires to be powered with 220 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz.
