The three driving rolls feature a smooth
surface to prevent damaging the external surface of the section
bars, bars and pipes to be bent, and are operated via the double
pedal board to change the direction of rotation of the rolls.

Double pinch roll benders consist of three
rolls, where the two lower rolls change position via a hydraulic
adjustment. Double pinch roll benders are much more versatile
than pyramid benders allowing the operator to create tighter
bend diameters. With double pinch roll benders the operator can
pre-bend and post bend the material saving material costs. All
of our double pinch angle roll benders have three smooth driven
rolls with a limited slip differential on the top roller to
adjust the surface speed for the inside radius. This limited
slip differential leaves less marring on the section, tube or
pipe, and reduces stress on the machine. The three driven rolls
come standard with tooling for section bars. Our section bar
benders get transformed into a tubing bender (tube benders) with
optional tooling for tube and pipe. With the proper tooling our
double pinch roll pipe benders can bend tighter radii than all
other pyramid pipe benders. Another huge advantage of our
double pinch roll pipe benders is that the operator can
manipulate the rolls so the trailing end of pipe or tubing is
parallel to the floor, so adding additional sections of pipe
when coiling is easy. On pyramid pipe benders the round pipe or
tubing is not level to the floor but up in the air, making it
difficult to add an additional length of pipe. Please click on

Consisting of a solid structure in
stabilized steel, this range of angle roll bending machines is
fitted with thermally treated NiCr steel shafts supplied with
ball-bearings to reduce the friction of mechanical parts, thus
ensuring a long lifespan. They can be positioned on both
vertical and horizontal axes, depending on operating
requirements. All models are fitted with helical geared speed
reducers, lubricated in oil-bath and an adjustable torque
limiter mounted on the central shaft to protect against
overloading and for the automatic adjustment of the differential
speed of the internal roll. |
