Proprietary Rotary Screw Compressor Airend
The Combi screw compressor's encapsulated airend is designed and built
exclusively in our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility in accordance with
the strictest quality standards. The key factors in obtaining the very high
reliability of the compressor airend include:

A state-of-the-art, patented rotor profile with a precision
ground 5/6 lobe combination, providing higher compressed air output with lower
power consumption

Compensation springs to assure exact rotor end clearance,
improving aired efficiency

Exclusive lubricant channels, machined into the rotors that
improve rotor lubrication
The Encapsulated Airend

Each airend in the Combi range has been designed and built to
offer maximum reliability to users of smaller quantities of compressed air

Air flow through the sump provides 3-stage separation

This encapsulation of the airend moves much of the lubricant
piping internal and greatly reduces the possibility of leaky fittings, broken
pipes and worn hoses

Changing the separator is as easy as changing the lubricant
filter; spin off, spin on
Compressed Air Treatment
The Combi compressor package includes a built-in dryer, complete with
prefilter and afterfilter. Pressure dewpoints of 39°F can be achieved with the
Combi dryer. Contaminants are removed down to 0.01 microns to assure lower
maintenance and extended life of downstream tools and equipment
Solid State Electronic Control
ALUP integrates dryer and compressor controls in one easy to read control
panel. The electronic compressor control allows viewing of all major operating
parameters and settings. The adjustability of the control allows it to be
customized for each application.
