The
clamping mechanism is a pistol grip, quick release type which allows fast
setup and take-down. Special 409 blue “Lock-Tite™” holds set screw
in position but allows adjustment of clamping tension to individual
preference. Heavy duty spring is recessed into handle for protection and
does not come out during field use. The bottom aluminum section is
carefully treated and polished prior to being electrostatically powder
painted translucent candy apple red with precise striping in white. 5˛8"
x 11 mounting stud.
