The LONGEVITY StickWeld 140 STL is an excellent portable,yet powerful stick welder that is capable of welding on both 110v and 220v welding current. This featherweight stick welder weighs in at 9 LBS and ranges in amperage from 30-140 when connected to a 220v outlet.

Thermal Overload Protection

 LONGEVITY has included thermal overload protection which informs the user when the duty cycle has been exceeded shutting down the unit in a safe matter until it has been cooled to adequate temperatures to proceed welding.

Digital Meter Display

The StickWeld 140 STL features digital meters displaying your amperage to allow customers to adjust the unit to any
amperage quickly, accurately, and easily.

The LONGEVITY StickWeld 140 STL offers variable amps adjustment and not presets on the allowing users to pin point the correct setting while welding every time. In conjunction with the digital display, you are able to accurately set your machine.

Duty Cycle

The StickWeld 140 STL features an industry competitive duty cycle of 40 percent at 40 degrees Celsius. This duty cycle will allow your machine to run hotter than most brands while you work for longer periods of time.
