Features
- Caterpillar feed blocks constructed of special grade cast iron are heat
treated and travel on special guaranteed and ground "V" ways. Auto oilier
with shut off insures long trouble free conveyor life, Variable feed speeds
make it easy to get optimum feed/finish ratio.
- The 12" blade is supported by a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy heat treated arbor that
is precision ground and dynamically balanced. Four large diameter bearing
support the arbor and a full 15HP is delivered to the cut. Seven spring
loaded hold downs insure accuracy.
- Job change over is fast and easy with convenient controls for
height, width, conveyor and main blade. The 4" dual collection port is
mounted right at the balanced for improved chip collection and a clean
work area.
