The C4 model packs all of the features of the full-size saws into a
portable 5' frame. This panel saw can travel to work sites and fit into

H-Series
The H-Series offers full-sized vertical panel saw productivity in
economical machines. H-Series saws cut within 1/32" on a wide variety
of panel materials up to 1¾" thick, and are available in three
standard crosscutting widths, 50", 64" and 73".

These two vertical panel saws utilize heavy-duty worm gear driven saw
motors for production applications. The additional steel supports in the
frame, worm driven motor, double guide tube bearings and machined aluminum
material rollers result in heavier duty machines with a guaranteed cutting
accuracy of 1/64" straight and square. The 6400 cuts panels
up to 64" wide, while the 6800 can handle extra wide sheets up to

7400/7400XL
The 7400 saws are designed for continuous production and tight tolerance
cutting. With a 2 horsepower, 220V heavy-duty induction motor (upgradeable
to 3 horsepower, 3 phase), these saws handle the toughest applications.
The saw carriage travels vertically on two heavy extruded beams utilizing
Dual-Vee bearings to deliver cutting accuracy to 0.005" straight and
square. The 7400XL offers an extra large 13' frame length for
cutting panels in excess of 10' in length. Specify these machines

The ES52 Panel Saw is designed for high production and tight tolerance
cutting. The machine is equipped with a 3 Hp,1~ 220V motor. The European
Style traveling carriage traverses the full length of the machine frame to
execute cuts on full size sheets up to 61" tall and 130" long
with cutting accuracy of 0.010" straight and square. The traveling
beam allows the operator to leave the panel stationary while the cutting

Saw & Router Combinations

Safety Speed Cut currently offers two different saw/router combination
machines. These machines are able to saw and rout on one vertical steel
frame. Both can be changed from a saw to router in less than one minute
while maintaining an accuracy of 1/64" straight and square. |

SR5
The SR5 is able to saw and rout on one vertical steel welded frame, which
is ideal for shops with limited space where both panel sizing and panel
routing are performed. This model can be changed from saw to router in
less than one minute and has accuracy of 1/64" straight and square.
It's equipped with a MID-WAY FENCE™ system as standard equipment, which
makes the processing of small panels more efficient. Our patented
self-adjusting router carriage provides for a consistent depth of cut when

sanders with 60" or 75" sanding belt capacities. Our 3760
machine has a working width of 37" and a 60" sanding belt. For
higher sanding capacity, we also offer 75" sanding belts with
37", 43", or 52" widths. Our wide belt sanders are easy to
operate and maintain and are made from the highest quality components. |

The Series 75 Wide Belt Sanders deliver serious results. With heavier
construction than the 3760 wide belt, a fully adjustable platen, variable
speed DC powered conveyor table, and large 7¼" throat opening, the
Series 75 Sanders are ready to go to work in your busy shop environment.
The large 75" sanding belt has 25% more abrasive surface than
competing 60" belt machines. Larger sanding belts accumulate less
