The
Stone Lift Jockey LJS2000, with a load capacity of 1,000 lbs. can easily
move and lift any width material to scaffolding heights up to 9’ 6”.
Designed to fit through a standard doorway, the LJS2000 can also be
hoisted to second floors.
Ideal for transporting bricks, blocks, other materials and any width
pallet, the LJS2000 can be used on any construction site where it might be
needed to move materials through doors or across rough terrain. It is an
ideal low cost solution for material supply houses and rental yards to
load trucks in lieu of more expensive forklifts. But its uses are not
limited to the construction industry or rental houses. The Lift Jockey
LJS2000 can be used by landscapers to move shrubs, trees, landscape
timbers, and other materials. It is easy to operate and does not require a
forklift-certified operator.
The Lift Jockey LJS2000 comes standard with foam-filled tires that provide
added reliability on tough job sites. An optional Quick-Release Tire
System (patent pending) with a second set of foam-filled tires and our
exclusive quick-release hubs is also available. The system quickly adds
the second set of tires for added stability on rough terrain or removes
the tires to allow the Lift access through doorways.
Features
- The LJS2000 is powered by an electric start 8 hp
Honda engine and has a fully enclosed hydrostatic drive system with a
removable 7.5-gallon hydraulic tank for cooler running, longer life and
less maintenance reducing the overall cost of ownership.
- A lift pedal provides for both controlled lifting and
lowering. The pedal is an integral part of the operator platform,
allowing the operator to actuate the pedal without stepping off the
platform. A lift lever that provides for precise, controlled lifting.
The lever can also be controlled through the lift pedal.
- A tilt lever allows the mast to tilt forward 4
degrees and back 6 degrees for easy pick-up and discharge of loads.
- A steering handle with a handlebar mounted speed
control and forward and reverse control allows the operator to control
the speed and direction while steering.
- It features an automotive-type braking system for
added reliability and increased serviceability.
- Optimum service access is provided through a
one-piece, lift-away polyethylene engine cover and a one-piece lift-up
polyethylene cylinder cover. The light-weight engine cover requires no
tools to remove and can be lifted away for full access to the engine
compartment and all the hydraulic components. The hinged cylinder cover
locks up for additional access to the wheel motors and automotive
braking system.
- A large 7-gallon fuel tank provides longer run times.
LJS2000’s hydraulic system also features precision components such as
Hydrogear® drive and lift pumps and motors and Parker® hydraulic
components for more reliable operation and a longer life to reduce
downtime and maximize uptime.
