High Speed Atlas Series 4WP2D8
The Thern Atlas Winch has an established reputation as a work-site workhorse for multiple construction tasts. Now Thern adds four Atlas models with substantially higher line speeds - up to 97 fpm in the 3 HP model. Elevator installers and other specialty contractors value these Atlas winches for their quick speed in both up and down directions, two-handled portability, large cable capacity for multi-story lifts and their multiple voltage configurations. Like other Thern Atlas winches these high-speed models have machine cut worm gearing, oil seals, internal mechanical wet brakes for positive load control and ball bearing and self-aligning bronze bearing support shafts.
