This Large Bore, Heavy Duty Lathe, although primarily designed for
Oil Field capabilities, also has all the features of regular large
lathes, and performs all the functions that might be required of
conventional lathes. Featured are double chucks, rapid motion,
terminal end insurance, travel stops to control cutting size, forced
lubrication via pump, hydraulic clutch and brake, hardened silicon
chromed ways, teflon coated saddle, with overload safeguard
protection. Taper Attachment (longer avail. by request) feed and
feedback device, and a Gap-bed (No-Gap is also available at request
per order). Inch, metric, diametrical and module thread cutting.
Steady & Follower rests, plus a Free-standing, adjustable
roller-support are included. This a very rigid, solid-bed design and
comes well equipped with 4-way Tool Post, Coolant, Work Light, and
more. |
