Wilton's Variable Speed Square Wheel Belt Grinder, can be used for virtually any finishing or grinding application. The variable speed features allows for new application uses such ad deburring with the attachment of a crimped wire wheel brush, or edging with the attachment of a sanding disc.

Standard Features

Flat & Angular Stock

• Platen setting is the perfect angle for high speed, precision flat and level grinding

Shaping

• For grinding and refinishing cylindrical shapes. The yoke surface conforms to the shape of the surface to produce an even, smooth finish

Roughing

• Serrated contact wheel is used for removing heavy stock, cleaning up a weld or snagging a casting

Contouring

• Grind difficult to reach areas with the 3"x2" or l-l/2"x2" diameter contact wheels

• Puts a satin finish on steel, iron or aluminum

• Perform intricate contouring or internal finishing on uniquely shaped parts
