Compact DC TIG/STICK Welder

This compact, versatile unit offers the user a simple controls to accurately set the welder to perform to perfection on most metals like stainless steel, carbon steel, alloyed steel titanium, etc. The TIGWELD 200i allows the welder to set features like down slope and arc force effortlessly with our easy to use control panel.

Hot Start and Anti-Stick

LONGEVITY has produced a user friendly stick welder with hot start and anti-stick feature insuring your stick welding electrode is less likely to stick to the work piece and fire easily every strike.

Efficient IGBT Inverter Technology

Inverter technology emphasizes portability, yet the efficiency and reliability of the Soft Switching IGBT components allows for the ultimate welding experience.

2T/4T Operation

IThe LONGEVITY TIGWELD 200i allows excellent control whether you are using a TIG torch, the panel or the hand switch control. With the 2T/4T function you can control your arc to the next level. Depending on switch position, the switch will allow the welder to not have to hold the trigger to continue welding easing welding for long period of time.

Stick With Adjustable Arc Force

With Arc Force, you are able to adjust the inductance of the arc for either a crisp arc or soft arc with a fluid puddle. This will allow for greater control of your welding parameters.

Thermal Overload Protection

If you are welding for a long period of time and your duty cycle limit is reached, LONGEVITYÃ¢â¬â¢s thermal overload protection will kick on safely shutting down your machine for proper cooling avoiding any damage. Once it cools, you will be able to weld again!

Power Factor Correction (PFC)

LONGEVITY TIGWELD 200i features Power Factor Correction (PFC) allowing the unit to run at maximum efficiency no matter the voltage input. The PFC will allow you to use the machine with input voltages of 95 volts to 270 volts and will automatically adjust the machine for maximum efficiency even if there is a voltage drop.

High Frequency TIG Start

The TIGWELD 160SX is easy to use because it uses High Frequency to strike the arc. This allows you to never have to scratch start for arc. This method keeps your tungsten contamination free, and allows for a cleaner weld.

High Frequency or Lift Arc start

The TIGWELD 200i is safe to operate near hospitals or any other area where high frequency interference may cause issues. The TIGWELD 200i offers the ability to start the arc with lift start which is also ideal to use around electronic devices which may be sensitive to high frequency interference.
