3672LS Model: 3672LS - Denray Machine, 36 in x 72" Downdraft Table, 36" Table Height, Voltage Options:  <br><q>Denray provides the option to use a line shaft instead of a standard motor setup, if desired. For the line shaft setup, a 2:1 ratio gearbox is used to increase the speed. 850-900 RPM is needed to turn on the incoming shaft. This will create fan speed to be between 1725-1800 RPM. The price of the table will be the same but additional cost can occur, as the customer will need to provide the pulley to Denray. We design our line shaft tables with the option to host a motor, just in case the need changes or to allow for easy resell.

This model also comes with the options of a tilt out front edge and 7" working vise as add-ons.
3444BSUPER Model: 3444B Super - Denray Machine, 34" x 44" Downdraft Table, 36" Table Height, Voltage Options:  115 & 220, 1 PH or 230, 460, & 575, 3 PH<br><q>This model is similar to the 3444B, but contains a larger fan and motor, along with our typical rails and tops found on our larger tables. There are no intake dust ports or vise due to these modifications. The 3444B Super comes with 80/20 cartridge filters which clean with a 99.95% capture rate at .5 micron. This model comes standard with casters, Denray's "Jet Pulse" push button cleaning, and a rubber coated top. This model does provide the option of a tilt out front edge as an add-on.

AUTOMATEDFILTERCLEANERV3 Model: AUTOMATED FILTER CLEANER V3 - Denray Machine, 82 in x 34 in,  78.25 in, Voltage Options:  N/A<br><q>By using three different types of cleaning; vibration, air, and rubber fingers. We are able to provide a deeper clean than ever before! You simply place your cartridge filter inside the unit and turn it on. The cleaning process will start, rotating the filter during this automated process. The machine will run until someone powers it off. Each filter cleaning time may vary based on the amount of dirt in the filter. The average cleaning time should be 3-5 minutes per filter but will have to be determined by the operator. Once you have cleaned several filters, open the backside door, and use the provided paddle to help push the remnant dust towards the dust collection opening. This will allow the dust to be captured in the dust collection bag on the side of the machine for easy disposal.

The 3696SS comes with 100% Spunbond Polyester filters which clean with a 99.95% capture rate at .5 micron. Tube filters are great for applications involving finishes and fine sanding dust.  Life expectancy of the tube filters is between 1-2 years with average use.  The dust is captured inside the tube and falls from the filters into the dust drawer below, when the machine is turned off.  A soft bristled brush (furnished with all tube filtration models) is used to run inside the filters, offering a deep cleaning procedure for the filters if needed.  The tube filters clean at a 99% capture rate at 1 micron, creating a much superior filtration than any pleated filters.

Denray provides the option to use a line shaft instead of a standard motor setup, if desired. For the line shaft setup, a 2:1 ratio gearbox is used to increase the speed.  850-900 RPM is needed to turn on the incoming shaft.  This will create fan speed to be between 1725-1800 RPM.  The price of the table will be the same but additional cost can occur, as the customer will need to provide the pulley to Denray.  We design our line shaft tables with the option to host a motor, just in case the need changes or to allow for easy resell.

Cartridge filtered tables will still need compressed air for cleaning.

Compressed air is NOT needed for tube filtered tables.

When filters need to be deep cleaned there must be high pressured air, pushing from the inside out. While deep cleaning with our Cartridge Cleaner, the Shop-Vac is sucking any airborne dust within the unit so when you open it your filter is Deep Cleaned and your air is not contaminated! This design provides a Vibrating, Pulsating, High Pressure Air Blast. Blasting tough compacted dust, in between the pleats, out so your filters can be rejuvenated, close to new condition. It is engineered to deep clean most all sizes of cartridge filters and only takes about 2-3 minutes per filter, with 100 lbs. psi or higher. The Cartridge Cleaner comes with four 4 inch casters so that you could roll it to the machine, clean the filters and roll away. No messy transferring the filters through your facility. Since it comes with a 12 gallon Shop-Vac, any dust that does fall can be easily cleaned with the extra long hose and attachments. The LED light on top lets you watch through the viewing windows so you can see when the filter is clean.

Filters that are deep cleaned have almost double the life span and they allow your machines performance to be greatly enhanced. This reduces filter replacement costs and wear and tear on your machine’s fan and motor
