The VA-400 is a specialized Bevel Machine that uses a milling type cutter head with indexable, replaceable carbide inserts to produce a machined edge on steel, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic material. The degree of bevel is adjustable by rotating the v-block from 15 deg-45 deg and the depth of cut is adjustable up to 3/16 inch.

Using optional cutter head, radius edges can be made also. Radius edge rounding is perfect for cleaning up box corner welds or to prevent paint chipping on structural steel.
