Why Immersion Cleaning is Preferred
Unlike standard spray cabinet washers, immersion cleaning exposes all surfaces of the part, including blind holes and small crevices, to the cleaning solution. By
combining hands-off, total immersion cleaning, easy part load/unload, vertical lift platform agitation and ultrasonic cleaning action, the Sonic Liftkleen offers the most intensive, efficient
ultrasonic immersion cleaning system available. Complex parts, like manifolds are no problem.
The TUSR Sonic Liftkleen offers two sizes with several options, including filtration. One touch control of the pneumatic air system and electronic controls turns
multi-function operation into a simple step.

Cold Cleaning Super Agitene
|
|
Agitene is the most effective cleaning solvent you can buy. Grease, motor oil, cutting oil and water soluble oils are removed with ease. Contains no
chlorinated solvents and conforms to California rule 66 for clean air. If your regulations require a higher flash point, Super Agitene 141 has a flash point of 141 Fahrenheit (60 C). It
contains no ingredients or characteristics listed as hazardous by the Environmental Protection Agency's RCRA Act.

Gummy deposits unaffected by ordinary mineral spirits are readily softened or removed

Contains Hand Ease - a cosmetic-grade lanolin formulation, which replenishes some of the skin's natural oils removed by solvents

It helps to reduce the chance of irritation and chapping and leaves a protective coating on parts to help retard corrosion

Super Agitene is a low-odor solvent with a 105 degree Fahrenheit flashpoint
