BS-300A Metal Cutting Band Saw

The BS-300A metal cutting band saw has a 10 inch round and a 10 X 16 inch rectangular capacity. The machine utilizes a 1 X .035 inch blade that is coupled to hardened bearing blade turners and tungsten carbide blade guides making for some of the straightest cuts in the industry.
This metal cutting bandsaw has a fully automatic feed system and a manual bundling feature allowing for automatic feeds of one bar or multiple bars of stock. A simple control panel allows the operator to put in the proper length of cut and pieces required before shutting down for the next command. The control panel also allows the operator to run the machine as a semi-automatic band saw for those smaller production runs or those one off cuts.

The BS-300A is an industrial band saw that is perfect for any fabricator or production machine shop where small runs to large production runs are required. The automatic feed includes a small infeed table with side rollers to keep the feed straight, and drive and idle rollers to feed the material. The drive system is coupled to an encoder system so the proper linear feed is made every time. This drive system applies hydraulic pressure to the stock to ensure a positive and correct linear feed is made. This metal cutting bandsaw has a manual bundling system to lock down the bundle being cut so the multiples of bar stock doesnt disperse as hydraulic pressure is applied on the automatic feed system.

This metal cutting band saw has a powerful halogen light for perfect visibility during setup and operation. Industrial grade hydraulics is applied at the automatic feed, vise, and control of the up and down on the bow. The operator control box can be detached for remote operation if desired. A powerful industrial grade coolant system increases machine components and blade life. Unlike traditional industrial bandsaws this one has a convenient slide out chip tray instead of a lift up type that can be cumbersome and messy to remove.

A powerful industrial grade drive motor powers the easy to use variable speed drive system that allows for quick speed adjustments in seconds. This drive allows for blade speeds of 80 to 245 fpm allowing for a vast array of materials to be cut in this metal cutting bandsaw.
