Magnetic Sheet Metal Brake BB-9616M

The BB-9616M magnetic sheet metal brake is truly an industry breakthrough.  It is the perfect folding machine for HVAC shops, industrial art shops, and general sheet metal fabrication shops.  Based off of the BB-4816M box and pan brake this style of metal brake is unique because of the endless possibilities that a brake like this will bring to your fabrication shop.  With a maximum capacity of 16 gauge mild steel sheet metal and an overall bending length of 98 inch, the BB-9616M sheet metal brake can truly be a workhorse in your shop.

The BB-9616M sheet metal brake does require 220 volts to power the magnet, but the result is a brake that can bend boxes or pans to almost any depth since it isn't reliant on conventional finger depths.  The BB-9616M uses the heady duty magnet to clamp the material between itself and the bending clamp bar or finger.  That combined with its unique open ended design, allows the used to produce fully boxed ducts, an application that other box and pan brakes on the market cannot do.  The BB-9616M magnetic sheet metal brake can also bend triangles, alternate bends on varying planes, round items such as scrolling applications, and much more.
