The PT-44VH-60 CNC plasma table is an industrial grade 4 x 4 ft (working area) plasma cutting table that comes standard with the heavy duty 60 amp plasma cutting system to cut up to a maximum thickness of 1/2 inch steel plate and up to 3/8 inch steel plate at full production speed.  This quality cnc plasma cutting machine requires 220 Volts of single phase power so it will work at almost any fabrication site throughout North America.

The PT-44VH-60 CNC plasma cutting table comes standard with an easy to use design software package that allows the user to design or plot out a job on any computer and load the plasma table via data wire or simple UBS stick.  The plasma cutting table comes standard with a control podium with simple jog controls for the X, Y and Z as well as program start and stop controls.

This is a heavy duty industrial grade plasma table that weighs 1500 lbs. that is constructed of heavy gauge boxed steel to easily support the max plate size and thickness without flinching.  The X, Y and Z axis are controlled not by simple step motors, but premium industrial grade servo motion controlled motors with 100 percent accuracy using encoder positioning.  The rails employ Thompson shafts with needle bearing shuttles in wiper dies to clean the weld dust away allowing for the smoothest transfers and cuts in the industry.

The water table comes standard with industrial down draft and water jet assist on the plasma cutting head to keep the part clean and cool.  This CNC plasma table comes pre-built and just requires electrical service and a clean dry air supply.

This plasma cutting table comes complete with the plasma cutter, software, is prebuilt and includes auto height detection.  This is the perfect industrial grade cnc plasma table for any shop that requires heavy duty machinery at an affordable price.
