Hilman ERS Series Rollers

ERS Series Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets are an alternative to the FT Series Kits and Sets and offer a greater degree of versatility and greater capacities.  ERS Series Hilman Rollers are open top style rollers that allow for a removable swivel-top assembly.  Where the FT Series Rollers have the swivel-top permanently attached, the ERS Series Rollers allow users to reduce the overall height of the rollers if needed.  Swivel-top assemblies feature Locks and Diamond top plate.  ERS Series Kits have capacities from 15 Tons to 50 Tons and ERS Riggers Set capacities range from 15 Tons to 400 Tons.  ERS Series Deluxe Riggers Kits get two-part knock-down style handles and Riggers Sets get full length handles.  Kits & Set capacities are a combination of all four individual roller capacities in that particular size kit. 

All Hilman Rollers Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets come with a limited 5 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Bull Dolly Kits and Sets come with a 1 year Manufacturers Warranty.

Individual Rollers

There are hundreds of different models of individual Hilman Rollers.  Standard Hilman Roller model capacities range from 1/2 Ton to 1000 Tons.  If you require capacity in excess of 1000 metric tons from a single, individual Hilman Roller we encourage you to contact us to discuss your application in greater depth.  There are several different models available with the same capacity, with different dimensions and suitable for different applications.  Please review the different series of Hilman Rollers below to learn more about each series and view the different capacities.  As well visit the page about how to select your rollers. All Hilman Rollers are rated in metric tons.
Nearly All Hilman Rollers can be used inverted with the load bearing plate below the contact surface.
All Standard Hilman Rollers carry at least a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects.
All Hilman Rollers models have been tested and, under ideal conditions, maintain a coefficient of when under load better than 5 percent.

Individual ERS Series Hilman Rollers have greater capacities and lower profiles than the FT Series Hilman Rollers.  Optional Swivel Attachments and Handles complete the versatility by making turns easier.  Swivel Attachments feature Locks and are offered with Diamond or Padded tops.
