The unit comes with a 3 HP electric motor, 208-230V single phase, 1725 RPM motor that requires a 20 AMP service breaker. This one of a kind, nine station, double sided machine, is capable of producing both the male and female profiles needed, to make a complete button lock system. Aside from our competitors; this machine has several cost saving, innovative features: A pressurized spring-loaded top plate which allows you to quickly and easily remove jams within minutes, saving time, and money! Unique design which requires NO TOOLING, and NO ADJUSTMENTS! A Heavy Duty Cabinet with large work surface. Hardened guide bars and wear plates to eliminate erosion caused by plasma cut material.
