Press Brake Tooling - Turn your press into a brake!

Press Brake tooling is designed for both our 20 Ton and 40 Ton Shop Presses. With clear operating widths of 12, 18, 24 or 32 inches the Press Brake Tooling features our milled, heavy-duty punch and 4-way die block. The robust tooling is mounted to a machined solid steel base and pushblock. Heavy duty springs return the bump brake to its neutral position.

The 6 piece tooling set includes tapered and cutaway push blocks. Installs simply with a ball detent screw to the ram of either the 20 or 40 Ton Shop Press.

Press Brake Back Gauge - Make repeatable bends

Our adjustable Press Brake Back Gauge makes for easy set-up of repeatable bends. Simply bolt it up to the Edwards Ironworker Brake Tooling assembly or Press Brake Tooling for our 20 Ton Shop Press and 40 Ton Shop Press, and a simple hand crank glides the carriage backstop to your desired brake location.

Your Go-To Tool

With 20 tons of force, the Edwards Horizontal Press accepts a great variety of tooling to form, brake, and straighten mild steel. This compact powerhouse quickly connects to your Edwards Ironworker with a Hydraulic Accessory Pack or Edwards Porta-Power to greatly expand your fabrication capabilities. Designed for maximum tooling flexibility, the 4 pin locations are locked with a simple crank for inboard tool squaring. The included digital encoder reads positive stop for accurate repeatability within 0.01 inch. The potential of this tool is only limited by your imagination

Included Tooling : 6 Inch Brake 4 Way Die

The 4 way Brake Set comes standard with the HP20T Horizontal Press. Designed for maximum versatility, the 4 way brake set includes a 6 inch brake holder and a 6 inch punch arbor that allows for braking projects up to 1/2 inch thick x 6 inches tall. The 4 way brake set is easily configured to create clips, brakets, hangers, angles and box geometires quickly and easily.

Just Roll With It!

Our Pipe, Tube and Section Radius Roller is another essential quick-connect hydraulic tool. Plug it into your Edwards Ironworker with the Hydraulic Accessory Pack or power it separately with an Edwards Porta-Power to greatly expand your fabrication capabilities. Designed for medium to heavy material, the Edwards Radius Roller powers through your job quickly and accurately. The variable speed hydraulic drive allows you to dial in the appropriate speed for various materials. Quickly change the orientation from vertical for smaller projects to horizontal for those larger, heavier jobs.

OVERVIEW

Originally designed for use with Edwards products, we quickly realized that this heavy duty roller stand would be a welcome addition to any shop, no matter what brand was being used. This roller stand provides support for up to 500 lbs of material in many different configurations.
