Warranty

Pneumatic Tools Limited Warranty

Tamco Inc., warrants it's pnuematic tools to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty will not apply to any tool which Tamco Inc., deems to have been abused , modified, misused, improperly maintained, inadequately lubricated, or repaired by anyone other than a Tamco authorized repair house. Authorization to return any pneumatic tool for evaluation must be obtained from Tamco's customer service staff prior to return. All returns must be shipped prepaid to:

No collect shipments will be accepted. Pneumatic tools shipped without prior authorization will be returned to the customer. Tamco Inc., guarantees to repair or replace (at Tamco's discretion) pneumatic tools at no charge to the original purchaser if defects in materials or workmanship exist at the time of inspection. Tamc Inc., makes no other expressed and/or implied waranty. Under no circumstances will Tamco Inc., be liable for damage to property or person, death, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of pneumatic tools.

General Tool Warranty

Tamco Inc., products are guaranteed against defects and workmanship. Tamco Inc., cnnot be responsible for failures due to normal wear. Any product that has been modified , misused, abused, or suffered a lack of proper maintenance will be recognized for a warranty claim. Warranty consideration will be given for any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship at the time of inspection. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Never use a tool for a purpose other than what it is intended and/or designed for.
