When Baileigh Industrial does something we do it right, the STS-14120 is no exception.  This class leading sliding table saw has all the features the most discerning shop could want.  The STS-14120 comes standard with a 12 inch blade but will take a 14 inch blade without modification and turns on a 1 inch arbor.  The 7.5 hp 220 volt three phase motor has three speeds in which it will cut, by moving the belts.  The rpm range is between 3000 and 5000 rpm with a digital readout.  A 1 hp scoring blade is also standard and spins at 8000 rpm to ensure a crisp, clean cut.

The STS-14120 has a 15 x 125 inch sliding table.  The fully extruded table slides on four precision shafts for the greatest accuracy possible.  The blade tilting uses a manual hand wheel system with digital readout for telling the degrees.  All fences are included as well as a deluxe saw guard with dust port are standard.  There is also a 4 inch main dust channel to keep the shop clean.

Sliding Panel Saw STS-14120-DRO

The STS-14120-DRO sliding panel saw is essentially the same class leading model as our STS-14120 but includes user friendly digital readout on the rip fence as well as two digital readouts on the crosscut fence.  These two features alone will increase productivity of your shop.  The STS-14120-DRO comes standard with a 12 inch blade but will take a 14 inch blade without modification and turns on a 1 inch arbor.  The 7.5 hp 220 volt three phase motor has three speeds in which it will cut, by moving the belts.  The rpm range is between 3000 and 5000 rpm with a digital readout.  A 1 hp scoring blade is also standard and spins at 8000 rpm to ensure a crisp, clean cut.

The STS-14120-CNC table saw from Baileigh Industrial is based from our other sliding table saw designs, but adds a CNC twist.  The CNC function really helps with accuracy and efficiency of any project.  The 5.7 inch CNC touchscreen control has a 300 profile memory capacity.  It controls the cutting width, blade tilting, and main saw blade height. The scoring blade height is also motorized.

This CNC table saw lets you store cut programs to ensure accuracy on high-volume, 3-shift schedules. With the sliding table, you need only one operator to cut 10-foot panels.

• 7.5 hp motor with 4 speeds: 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, and 6,000 rpm.
• Set the RPM by manually moving the belts to different gears.
• Digital readout (DRO) shows the blade speed to help with repeatability.

CNC System:

• Save cut settings for a given application or schedule (for example, “Monday Cuts”), so they’re the same each time.
• Simply choose your desired cut program, and the system will take the table to the right settings. Then, manually push the wood towards the blade.

This CNC sliding table saw is also available in 2 non-CNC versions: STS-14120-DRO (with a digital readout) and STS-14120 (without one).

Fences, Table, and Trunnion:

• Includes fences for ripping, crosscut, and angled cuts.
• Servo motor moves the rip fence into place as programmed. No need to read scales. Just dial it in.
• 2-position rip fence can lift out of the way for crosscutting.
• Cast iron frame backs the rip fence, keeping it parallel to the saw.
• Crosscut fence offers 2 DROs (one for the main gantry fence and one for the extension) for repeatability.
